  1. IwriteOK If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend checking out Come and See (1985) which focuses on the Nazi German occupation of Belarus. Your description of the barn burnings reminded me of it… BRUTAL, but may be one of the best films ever made en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Come_and_See
