ow Google and Apple both try to have “smarter” assistants. I don’t want smart! I want the bloop! Alexa has been annoying me lately with the follow-up tips they’ve tacked on to simple commands. Last time I set a timer, it worked, but then asked, “Want to hear a joke while you wait?”
